Moving to Hurghada

Hi! I'm new to this forum and am looking for a little help. Right now I live in the U.S., but am considering moving to Hurghada in November. I am very happily engaged to an Egyptian man, who I've been engaged to for over a year in a half. He's been trying to come to the states to be with me, but has been unsuccessful, and if he doesn't get approved for a visa this time around, then I'll be moving over there. I guess my biggest concerns are the way of life. I'm very new to all of this and would greatly appreciate any advise or perspectives from y'all. Thank you.
