High End Hair Salon needed in Maadi?

Hello, I am a USA citizen and I am considering relocating to Maadi. I have 26 years experience as a Stylist. I currently own a Salon in Hawaii, I am considering relocating to Maadi. Does the expat community feel there is a void in Maadi or any other ex-pat community for a high end, highly trained Stylist? As well as a unisex, full service salon? From my research I have learned stylist in Egypt do not require a license. So I am assuming, there might be 'bad hair' happening in Cairo. I currently charge 70 us dollars for a woman's haircut and 40$ for men. Are these prices reasonable in the Maadi community? What type of Salon is needed? I also am a color specialist~ So, could I make a good living opening this type of Salon? I am so looking forward to hearing your responses!!! Thank you !! Have a Great Hair Day!!!
