Nanny and staff required

My husband and I will be moving to Maadi at the end of October with our 1 year old twins . How easy is it going to be for me to find good reliable English speaking staff. I will need a nanny who has experience with working with expats, babies and with traceable work references I will also need someone to help clean the apartment. Is there a group that advertises employees of past expats that I can start making contact with before I arrive as this will make life a whole lot easier for me .
