Moving to Sharm el Sheikh

Hello

For the past two years I have been going to Sharm for holidays/escapes, and every time I come back to UK where I live I have this feeling that I want to live there. Now I have arrived at that crossroad that I want to go and no there is no man involved hahahha.

I would like to rent an apartment and then look for a job out there in the hospitality industry as my expertise is in customer service. Do I need a visa? I am original Dutch.

Any one with some advise?
