Ground Floor with a Private garden in Maadi

I am interested in letting my apartment located in Maadi Street 4. The apartment has its own private garden and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 pieces reception and an American kitchen.
One of the bedrooms could be a guest room, an office or a living room as it has a sofa bed, a cupboard, a desk and a small fridge. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The garden is newly renovated as I paved part of it with ceramic tiles, added a gazebo and a big table with 10 chairs. The total area of the apartment is 155 sqm with a garden of 70 sqm.
It is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dryer, heater, 3 TV sets, 2 refrigerators, ADSL connection, telephone line, vacuum cleaner, iron and an air condition in each room. The furniture is comfortable and modern, The finishing is marble floors in all the rooms.

It is located is very quite area and just 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station located in street 9.
The asking price for rent is 2000 US$ or its equivalent in Egyptian Pounds.
