Pregnant in Maadi

My girlfriend and I are expecting a baby in about 8 months now. We have been living in Maadi, Cairo for 6 months but not really considered this before: can anyone offer advice, contacts etc? We have recommendations for Cairo Motherhood Centre on Syria Street for pre natal and El Nada Hospital on El Manial Street for the birth.
Do you have any experience of these facilities and/or alternatives?
One thing i do know about Cairo is that traffic can be a real issue... i was hoping there might be good options in Maadi, a bit closer to home. Of course we are not willing to compromise on the quality of the doctors or facility etc.
