Gym for pregnant woman

Hello everyone, was just wondering if there is a gym in cairo specialy around 6th if october, who gives classes to pregnant woman.
Before getting pregnant I was doing a lot cardio and running but my doctor advised me to stop it as it could be dangerous for the baby.
I dont want to take risk for the baby and in the same time, dont want to stop all activities.
Any advices pleaseee?
