Elementary Schools - La Libertad Area

Hello:
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience/research into Bilingual Elementary schools near the La Libertad area - would also consider the Santa Tecla area. Not wanting to spend an arm and a leg as on El Salvadoran wages, but perhaps this is impossible to avoid. Have found one school but the admission fees are thousands and the cost per month was $600.00 - so not very affordable. Any pointers would be appeciated. (Kids don't speak Spanish yet). Thanks.
