Moving to El Salvador Next Month

Hello! Can someone please share what are some good/safe neighborhoods to live in San Salvador? I need to rent an apartment for about a year and don't know which areas I should consider. I will be working from home. I don't need to live in the rich neighborhood but definitly something nice and working class safe place. Also, are their good websites where I can find apartments online? Or how does one go about fidning an apartment for rent? what are average rent prices for a 1 bedroom?
