Moving to E.S. in April

I've been traveling to San Salvador on and off for business for a number of years. I have now decided to move there indefinitely.
I am interested in meeting other English speaking people in an attempt to establish some sort of social life there. Unfortunately very few people at my work speak English and my Spanish is still horrible at this point although I'm working on it.
Can anyone recommend anywhere to go either physically or online to possibly find groups or clubs? I've tried searching but can't find anything.
