Volunteering In San Salvador

I'm in San Salvador atm with nothing to do for a few weeks and would love to volunteer somewhere in the city.

Please let me know if you know any places that need help( not money). I'm open to perform physical labor, maybe a few English lessons, or just helping out doing chores and running errands.
