Moving to El Salvador?

Hola a todos, Saludos from Colombia, jajaja.
I am a US citizen. I was injured in the army, and have a stable disability income. I have lived in Latin America for many years, and enjoy a good adventure.
I spent a few days in El Salvador a long time ago, and loved it (even though there was a civil war going on at the time). I am excited at the thought of returning.
Does anyone know a good immigration attorney? And are there any problems for expats in El Salvador right now, provided one takes the usual precautions?
