Hello friends,
I'll be looking for long-term rental in El Salvador beginning in December 2023, and it appears that rental rates in Santa Ana are somewhat less than in San Salvador. In your experience, is that a reasonable expectation?
Whether in Santa Ana or San Salvador, I need a clean, safe, furnished 2-bedroom apartment with an outdoor patio. I prefer living in the city but won't mind something outside of it. I can afford $750 - $1000 per month, minimum 3 months, possibly longer.
Also, any recommendations on how to find property listings? I mean, other than Airbnb, booking.com, and FB Marketplace?
This must be among the most common questions you get here, so I appreciate very much anyone who can take the time to share that knowledge with me!
Meanwhile, looking forward to my arrival next week. Viva El Salvador!
