Realocation to Tallin

Hello to all the nice people in this forum...
I'm so happy I found a place where I can ask questions and get information...

My husband got an offer to work in a High-tack company in Tallinn. We have two twin boys 8 years old.
The reallocation package includes housing, health insurance, car and fuel, and the international school for both of my boys. I’m not going to work… We are now negotiation the amount of the salary itself…
We wonder what is the amount of salary we are going to need in order to live well as we use to live in our country now? By saying “Well” I mean: travelling one time in a month outside of Estonia, cleaning lady, and group activity for the children and eating outside once in a week or more? (Please refer to the amount in EEK and not gross but net)
Today we are living in a private house with 4 bad rooms and a big yard. We would like to find a house like that in Tallinn or nearby, what are the prices of houses like this?
What are the prices of apartment with 4 bad rooms?
Is there any renting agency you can give me the website or e-mail in order to find out about the rent option?
Another question – do you know any other families that made a reallocation with children to Tallinn and learn in the International school? I really like to exchange e-mail with one of the mothers...
What can you tell me about the International school? How is it?

Sorry for the entire question, I really appreciate any comments and answers...

Thanks!
Sharon
