beware of Racist attacks in Tartu

Beware of skinheads in Tartu. I was in an unprovoked attack while walking home last year and was hospitalised. Beware of the Tartu administration, they wish to keep attacks on foreigners secret. Go to the press even if your prosecutor tells you not too, they will help and it will also make sure you get some degree of justice. Do not let the your prosecutor go for a settlement. Take your case to court or else it will be swept under the carpet. Please, if you want more information contact me and I will pass on the true and full story. I want foreigners and Estonians to be able to walk the streets of Tartu in safety.
