Help in moving to Esstonia with 3 kids wanted

am interested in moving to estonia with my wife and 3 kids:3,6 and 10. i have seen several clips of the country on TV and i am in love with it. can anybody help with documentation and all. i would really appreciate it . i want to give my kids the best life i can; away fro the madness of some countries. pls i can equally be reached by:[email protected]. thanks
