Tonga?

I know this forum is for Fiji, I am new here and can't find one for Tonga... we are in the final decision of movign to Tonga and would like anyone who is there to help me with a few questions.... if anyone could help I would appreciate it!

If there is a forum and I am just missing it for Tonga, my apologies.

Questions:

Does anyone have kids in school in Tonga (elementary)??
Would my kids be discriminated against because they are palangi (white)?
Should I be worried about the education they would be getting?
Should I just home school?
