Want to Open Business In Fiji HELP!

Total noob to this forum, but so glad i found it!

I recently went to Fiji and fell in love and am now doing anything i can to get my ass over there.

My plan is to try and open a cafe/shop in the Coral Coast area, then later extending with 2 cabins for toursist to stay in. I have land organised, as i stayed in a village and our host family has 3acres they are happy to lease me...

Right now its all in the planning stages, but am i kidding myself? is this possible? Any tips? Suggestions?
