What is THE most touristic islands in Fiji?

I want to move from Norway to Fiji with my wife, and we are trying to find an island who has a lot of tourist. We want to start a "tourist trap", but we need a steady supply of tourists. Te Mamanucas seems like a perfect location, and it should be a place that gets day trippers from Nadi or around that area.

As we are to live there, it would be nice to be able to get basic stuff like groceries and water. We also need to sort out a deal with a resort or a land owner for a lot or an apartment/bure to live.

Crytal clear waters and a lot of sun is a must. Any good ideas for a perfect island?
