Permaculture? Opportunities?

Hi I am a young man (23) living in australia. Moved from New Zealand to escape the bone chilling cold.

I am looking for an opportunity to love and work the land in a tropical place.

My dream is to learn permaculture techniques and earth building techniques and to make a hand crafted, permaculture property loaded with exotic fruits, a place for people to come and relax, eat well, and leave the smallest footprint possible/ live in harmony with nature

Think, composting toilets, food forest, rain catchments, grey water systems, ponds Swales berms

I am wondering is there anybody there doing something like that that me and my half Fijian fiancé could come and learn from and work the land to earn our keep?
