things to do in paris for teenagers?

Hi,

My 18-year-old nephew and his friend are coming to visit me (in the south of france). We plan on spending a long weekend in Paris because he flies back home from CDG. The thing is, I don't know what there is to do for a teenager who is not particularly interested in museums.

I was so excited to see that his favorite band, Metallica, was playing in Paris during his stay, and that would have been an excellent surprise, but the tickets are sold out (bummer!). So, what nightclubs are there for young people with a sort of metal flavor? Something grungy, not upscale?

I was thinking about heading up there on a saturday. His plane takes off on tuesday morning. I'm most worried about sunday. Is everything closed? Perhaps we'll just go up monday and enjoy the sea for a couple of extra days?
