We need a house to Rent South france

20 years ago
We are looking for a mid to long term rental for a modest house in the south of France preferably near Narbonne or Montpellier. But location is not really a proble.

We just need a base while we look for a Pension or Gite or Small hotel to buy.

I cannot find an agency who does such lets they all seem to be holiday lets only!

If any body out there can help us we would be very grateful.
