finding a good English/French speaking accountant

Hello. We have just moved to Dept. 46, Lot & we are looking for a good accountant (comptable) to help us through the minefield of setting up a small enterprise & to help us through the tax & social security stuff we will encounter. We will be going on a course through Chambre de Metiers but we know this will be difficult as our French is not that up to speed so someone to help us through the stages would be really useful.
