Options for Foriegn Doctors in Paris ?

Hi,
I may need to move to Paris for a year or so to accompany my spouse who may be posted there.

Being a practicing Pediatrician , are there any Work Options for me in Paris ?
Does anyoen know of a site which gives the requirements for foriegn doctors in france ?
( I will be taking Spoken french Lessons as I always wanted to elarn the language !)
