working as a therapist in france

i am a licensed mental health counselor living in boston and planning to move to france. I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and i have been in practice for 11 years. my questions is, can i practice in france or do i forst need to be credentialed by the bureau of masters? any help will be much appreciated.
