How to get a job within an Estate Agents in France?

I am currently working for an Estate Agents in Yorkshire, England, I am very happy here but at the same time I would like be somewhere else than England. Im 24 years old and want to see more things.

I lived in Aix-En-Provence for 2/3 years about 4 years ago now and enjoyed every minute! Some of my family live in Eze-Sur-La-Mer in between Nice and Monaco so that is where I would really like to be so that I could stay with them.
I would like to stay within the same field of work so im trying to find out any recommended websites, books , contacts to help me find some work.

The main reason for going back to France is to be able to speak french more often therefore this will then improve it by speaking with people all the time.
If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated
