Living costs in Lyon

I am single (female) and plan to move to Lyon later in the year. I will be moving there with my four Persian Cats!
Could anyone perhaps give me an idea of the breakdown of living costs: Electricity, water and sanitation, medical insurance, short term insurance, transport, food (including food for my four cats) and cleaning agents, entertainment (movies, music concerts, dance shows, perhaps opera), and any other costs I have forgotten. I have already established that I will need plus-minus 2000-2250 Euro a month and that accommodation would be about one third of that, or even more.
