Hello

I am moving to Cannes for 10 months as language assistant. Could someone be so kind to explain the process of setting up the bank account. i guess that post office La Poste is the cheapest option. Is it enough to show the proof of residence to open it? Should I apply for residence or non residence card.

I love food markets, I hope that the food is cheaper there than in the shops. Where do people buy clothes and food in Cannes?
