can anyone tell me how long do I have to returned a item bought at a store in france, and what do I do? I bought a bed a double with two matlas, scince I am disable and with back problems, it to hard ,I cant sleep on it. I ask for to exchange for a softer one and they keep telling me they will help me but nothing. It's been more than a week now. please help!
