Preschool in Paris

Hi, we are planning on moving to Paris this summer, and we are looking for a preschool for my daughter. We are new to French school system, so we need your help!

She will be 4 in the summer, and will be in Pre-K in American term.
We want to find a school with warm and welcoming atmosphere, where English is also spoken. We don't want our daughter to be stressed out. At the same time, we want her to learn French, and we want structured curriculum. We looked into Bilingual Montessori School of Paris, EAB, EABJM, and more, and I can't really learn about the schools just by reading their websites.

Any recommendations from your experience? We will be living in the central Paris, so we can't do schools in suburbs.

Another question: What is the difference between Bilingual school and American school? How are the curriculum differ?
