Run a Gite business.

Hi,
I and my wife are seriously concidering a move to the Poitiers area of France. One idea is to buy suitable property with a pool. My wife is an ASA qualified swimming teacher and could offer clients swimming lessons on a 'one to one' basis. I am a semi retired builder so property maintainence not an issue. I am also an avid fly fisher so could offer 'novice' lessons to client who was interested. Any thoughts ?
