Buying Vacation Home in Bourgogne

Hi, I'm an American planning on buying a vacation home next summer (2016) in Bourgogne. I'd like to pay cash, which means I'll be taking out a loan in the U.S. Is there any way I can convert that money into Euros now, while the exchange rate is still so favorable?
