Visa/heath question/Moving to Nice

I appreciate any help you can give me. I run a music production company here in States / sole proprietor / self employed / and will be purchasing a place in June (in Nice). We will spend 3-5 months a year in Nice. (keeping our place in Nashville/renting it out) I will be working on my paid projects (mixing music) while there in our place.

1. What type of visas do my family need to own a place there, live 3-5 months, and continue my self-employment work there?

2. I'd like for myself and family to be a part of the french healthcare system. How much income do I need to make there to qualify for this?
