Documents for Consulate Appointment

Hello,

As I put together the needed items for a long-term stay visa, where do I get a list of the required documents for the consulate appointment?

When you go through the visa wizard on the consulate website, it gives you a basic list of what you will need to bring with you - however there is no detail...

For example: I have seen lists of documents that people have discussed on forums, including multiple copies of bank statements signed off on by the bank manager, or documents that need to be translated into French - however none of this is listed on the consulate website.

Can anyone direct me to where they found the list of documents that will be needed for the consulate appointment?

After you submit your application online does it provide you with a specific list (including quantities) of documents needed for the appointment - or perhaps this is provided at the time you make the appointment online?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Shawn
