Plan for move to France - shoot holes and fill gaps, please

Planning to move in Oct of this year (pending vaccination in the US). Items considering:
- US credit cards with rewards and no foreign exchange transaction fees + pin compatible with EU (e.g. Chase Sapphire, CapitalOne 360)
- local account w/Boursorama (for the checking account, primarily, especially considering needs for such f/rentals & utilities). Looking at N26, also, for some local ease of use
- Transferwise for $ -> Euro, when needed
- AirBnB for first one-three months, while visiting potential long term rentals (1-3 yrs)
- storage in the US for items not needed for 1yr+, shipping and storing locally items required immediately after move to France
- temporary medical, until PUMA kicks in.

Challenges:
- shipping goods end-to-end, all the way to local storage, still TBD
- timings of all steps (three months to work all this out, another three to put things in motion)

Appreciate: any advice / will summarize, if of any use to others
