Regarding Pregnancy and giving birth in France

I am 3 months pregnant and travelling to France to join my husband which is already living in France(on RP).
Just wanted to know that how I can register for health insurance as I read pregnancy must be declared before 12 weeks??
Could you please provide your suggestions
