Buying a car

Hi all,

we are moving to Europe now that the Covid crisis is starting to recede. Our plan was to travel around France and Spain to decide where we are going to settle for the next 20 years or so. Our problem is where is the best place to buy a car, France or Spain? Is there a significant price difference? How long does it take to buy a one year old Mercedes C-class estate? Any advice greatly appreciated.
