Real estate agent communication

Hello everyone,
I'm having a hard time contacting any real estate people as it seems that not many read their email or look at their agency's contact form email.
I'm across the pond in Canada so SMS texting is harder and more expensive than if I was in Europe. Does anyone know a better way to get a hold of real estate agents in the Frejus/Saint Raphael area that speak English? I speak a bit of French but would be easier if they spoke some English as well. Thanks in advance.
