Validating Long Stay Visa

I have a 12 month long stay visitor visa and having problems validating it online.

I am not able to get past the address portion of where I am staying while in France. I am being hosted for part of my stay & traveling here & there the rest of the time.

I have emailed the French validation website to try & sort it through, but even when following their directions, it doesn't allow me to move on to the next step.

Has anyone else had this issue & if so, how did you resolve it.

I will be going to Bordeaux in August & may try to find help while there. Doesn't anyone know where I would go to get help with validating the visa?

Appreciate any help I can get.
