1. is it best to rent a condo or house (furnished) in the first couple of years before committing to buying a property?
2. how common is it to find a property with an independent suite that can be rented out a part time basis?
3. If the aforementioned type of real estate is not available can additional suites to existing properties be added without too many restrictions?
