Munich vs Frankfurt

My husband and I are in the process of exploring a move to Germany. We have been offered the choice of Frankfurt of Munich. We have a two year old son and expect another baby soon. Which city has more to offer in terms of quality of living? What are the cost differentials? Which is a better choice for children? How does housing compare? Are there english speaking kindergartens? I apologize for the frenzied questions but it is such a big move! thanks again CWT
