I’m currently writing my master thesis on Inpatriate Management in Germany and how HR departments handle integration measures for inpatriates and whether there is need to improve those measures.
(An inpatriate is basically the same as an expatriate. From the German perspective an inpatriate is someone coming to Germany to work). In order to find out what to improve I need expats/inpats who volunteer to participate in the short survey (anonymous):
