looking to move to a nice small town, friendly people, good schools

Hi,
I'm looking for a nice little town in Greece, where people are very friendly and kind (I have a son who is autistic age 12), good teachers, a nice calm area close to nature and hopefully close to the seashore.
I was thinking about Thassos but would love to hear more ideas.
Planning to move there in June 2023,
