Need a house sitter

I have a beautiful acreage near Santiago Atitlan. It's off the grid and boat access only but only a 5 minute boat ride to town. It's all about Nature and gardens and the view is incredible. I am looking for a handy couple to oversee the property and my pets instead of paying rent. The house is beautiful and fully equipped and there's a gardener on site 4 days a week.
