Studying and teaching in San Pedro or Xela

Can anyone recommend a Spanish school in either San Pedro or Xela where you can also work part-time teaching English? (preferably in a school)

Also, I have read comments about San Pedro not being great for studying Spanish because there are a lot of ex-pats/travelers there speaking English. Would love to hear about relevant experiences in San Pedro and Xela.
