The goal: Drive a used school bus from PA to a school in San Juan la Laguna Guatemala where my church sponsors 50-60 children. To load a playground and medical supplies like wheelchairs, an ultrasound for midwife clinic, and whatever else I can fit that might be useful to the Guatemalan people. To install playground with team from my church, donate other equipment to clinics and missionaries around the lake, and leave bus for the school.
Then spend 3 months learning Spanish and enjoying the warm weather
The problem: Nobody seems to be able to answer the question what paperwork and other things must be accomplished and required to accomplish the goal. Both Mexican and Guatemalan borders will probably be an issue I suspect but neither consulate in the US has returned emails or phone calls thus far.
I'd appreciate whatever advice you can give me.

PS. Shipping isn't an option. We've lost entire containers and found many things missing after paying taxes(extortion fees) at the docks.
