PCR TEST/ antigen test

Hi, can somebody tell me if the PCR or antigen test has to be in english? I am from Slovakia and planing to go to Guate in May and I can get antigen test but just in my slovak language. It is stated posistiv or negativ in my language and you can get which one is which as it is not so different in my language.
