Renting in Antigua?

I've been working with a ReMax agent to rent a place in Antigua. They require a co signer that lives in the country whom also makes over Q22,000 a month. They need pay stubs for the past 2 months, bank account transactions for the past 3 months, a letter from my current employer saying that I work there (even though I have to show current pay stubs), first 4 pages pictures of my passport info, a cell phone bill, and the deposit is a full month. To rent for 12 months. While I can supply most info, I don't know anyone that makes Q22k a month locally.

There has to be an easier way than this to rent in Antigua. I've tried FB but no responses. I can never get contacted back from places on the front page of Google. How do people rent in Antigua? Any suggestions? Please help.

EDIT: this is for a family of 3 so I need a place that can accomodate a child and 2 adults.
