Thank you for your help. Found apartment but new problem

I posted previously about using ReMax and took everyones advice and found something for half the price and 2 blocks from the precious place. Thank you!

My new problem is I withdrew about $600 USD and tried to get the bank to deposit the money into the landlords local bank account. $200 of the money they said was "too old" and that they wouldn't accept it. Is there a place that will accept the money to convert to Quetzal? 33% of "old money" being unusable on every withdrawal is going to be too much. Have any of you experienced this?
