looking to move

i live in the us and my soon to be husband just went back to honduras... since he has been there i can say that i miss him very much. to me i have nothing here expect my son which is not his child. i want to move there to be with him and most of all to have a better life. i have been with him for almost 7 years now and i was thinking of just going to visit but i lost my apartment and cant make it on my own. when i meet him he took me out of my moms house and we became a family. my question is how can i tell the people that dont want me to go that i will be fine and come back anytime i want too my mom thinks once i get there that he will take controll of me and not let me come back also my son has a heart problem and my mom is worried that there are not good doctors there i really want to go can someone help me please.
